Account Manager (Mid–Senior Level)
We’re looking for an experienced and talented Account Manager to join a dynamic design and marketing agency, working across a diverse range of integrated client projects.
This role suits a confident mid-to-senior level Account Manager with strong client-facing experience. By now, you’ll be well-versed in the channels used to market and promote brands, products, and services, and comfortable guiding clients through the full project lifecycle.
You’re a creative and strategic thinker with a sharp eye for good ideas and the confidence to champion them. You understand the value of collaboration, engaging openly with senior colleagues and clients to shape the right solutions. You’re equally comfortable challenging ideas, assessing their relevance, and ensuring they align with the brief and deliver real impact.

What you’ll bring:
*Strong knowledge of marketing, strategy, planning, and client services
*Proven experience in project and account management across integrated campaigns
*Confidence in proposal writing and pitch development
*Excellent organisational, communication, and numerical skills
*Degree-level education (or equivalent experience)
You’ll have hands-on experience delivering integrated projects across multiple channels, social, digital, print, media, and experiential. You understand the nuances of branding and marketing projects, from UX to CX, and can advise clients on the right approach, whether that’s creative direction, tone of voice, or channel strategy.
Commercially aware, you’ll be comfortable identifying opportunities to grow accounts, upsell services, and contribute to new business development. The agency works across both B2B and B2C sectors, offering you the freedom to help shape and expand its client portfolio.
