*Building great relationships with parents and colleagues
*Ensuring high standards in safeguarding and care
What We’re Looking For
*Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
*Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
*A positive, reliable, and proactive attitude
*Strong communication skills
*Experience in childcare (1+ year preferred)

*Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding, and Food Hygiene training
