Finance Business Partner – Manufacturing

Location: Coalville, Leicestershire
Salary: £50,000–£52,000 + £7,000 car allowance + benefits
Working Pattern: 5 days on-site (hybrid in discussion)

A well-established UK manufacturing company with multiple sites is seeking a Finance Business Partner / Senior Management Accountant. This hands-on role supports several sites, owning the numbers and partnering with operations to drive performance, cost efficiency, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
*Full ownership of P&L and Balance Sheet for multiple sites
*Production of monthly management accounts with detailed analysis
*Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles
*Attend monthly site review meetings and present insights to non-finance stakeholders
*Drive profit improvement and cost efficiency initiatives
*Manage balance sheet reconciliations and internal controls
*Support internal and external audits
*Partner with operations to improve financial performance
Candidate Profile Essential:
*Qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or late-stage finalist
*Strong experience in full management accounts
*Proven business partnering experience
*Solid understanding of balance sheet management
*Experience with forecasting and budgeting
*Confident communicator, able to challenge and influence operational teams
Desirable:
*Manufacturing background (highly preferred)
*Experience with stock / inventory / costing
*Multi-site finance experience
*Exposure to ERP systems (JD Edwards a plus)
