Job Description for Customer Account Support:
*Frontline Customer Support
*Managing and responding to delivery issues/queries
*Customer Order Management
*Management of Goods In
*Booking Transport to 3PL locations
*Preparing paperwork
*Basic Microsoft word skills will be required.
*Stock management at 3PL locations.
*Sign Off Authority
