Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Kegworth, Derby
Pay Rate: £14.61 per hour-basic rate
£19.92 per hour-overtime rate
Shift Pattern: 3 on / 3 off-must be able to work both days and nights
*Days: 6:00am – 6:00pm
*Nights: 6:00pm – 6:00am
About the Role
We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Derby. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, consistent shift patterns, and long-term stability.
Key Responsibilities
*Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
*Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
*Pack, label, and prepare finished goods for dispatch
*Maintain a clean and organised work area
*Follow health & safety procedures at all times
*Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets


Requirements
*Previous production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
*Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 3 on / 3 off rotation
*Good attention to detail and ability to work at pace
*Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow instructions
*Must be comfortable standing for long periods
