As a Lettings Negotiator at Felicty J Lord Estate Agents in Bow, you will receive:
*£28000 OTE per year
*Uncapped commission
*Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Your journey as a Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:
*Purpose-built training location
*Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
*Day-to-day learning led by our industry experts
*Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester*
*Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay*
How you will make an impact as a Lettings Negotiator at Felicty J Lord Estate Agents in Bow:
*Market properties to potential tenants
*Arrange and conduct property viewings
*Negotiate offers
*Agree new tenancies
*Generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
*Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
