Description
*Manage and maintain the organisation’s accounting systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
*Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial processes and reporting.
*Develop and implement system improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
*Provide technical support and training to internal users of the financial systems.
*Analyse financial data to support decision-making and improve reporting capabilities.
*Ensure integration between financial systems and other organisational tools.
*Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders as required.
*Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and system-related tasks.
Profile
A successful Systems Accountant should have:
*A strong background in accounting and financial systems within the Not For Profit sector would be beneficial.*Deep hands-on experience with Business Central, particularly in finance module configuration and support.
*Strong working knowledge of core finance processes and internal controls.
*Proven ability to translate operational finance needs into scalable, systemised solutions.
*Comfortable working independently across the organisation and technical stakeholders.
*Practical experience with system upgrades, user support, and process change.



Job Offer
