Job Description:
Senior Service Advisor / Service Receptionist
Location - Crewe
Salary - £33,000 Basic + Uncapped Bonus (OTE £40,000+)
Richard Abson Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Service Advisor / Service Receptionist on behalf of a well-established, multi-brand main dealer in Crewe.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing dealership that offers strong earning potential, ongoing training, and real career progression within a respected dealer group.
Key Responsibilities:
*Welcoming customers and managing service bookings
*Providing updates on vehicle progress and work carried out
*Advising on repairs, maintenance, and additional services
*Upselling service plans and additional work
*Liaising with the workshop to ensure a smooth customer journey
Requirements:
*Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Service Advisor (main dealer preferred)
*Strong customer service and communication skills
*Confident upselling and delivering against targets
*Experience using Kerridge and/or 1Link (preferred but not essential)
*Professional, organised, and team-focused
Salary & Benefits:
*£33,000 basic salary
*Uncapped bonus (OTE £40,000+)
*Monday to Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm
*Saturday mornings on a rota
*Ongoing manufacturer and in-house training
*Clear progression opportunities
