Personal Injury Solicitor (Claimant)Ellesmere Port - Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

The RoleYou’ll be responsible for managing your own caseload of claimant personal injury matters, ensuring each claim is handled efficiently from instruction through to settlement, with a strong focus on client care and successful outcomes.
Your caseload will primarily consist of RTA claims, including both portal and non-portal work.
Key Responsibilities*Manage a caseload of claimant personal injury claims from start to conclusion
*Progress Fast Track cases efficiently and in line with SLAs
*Handle claims through the MOJ and OIC portals (Stages 1-3), as well as non-portal matters
*ManageRTA and Personal injury claims
*Deliver a high level of client service throughout the lifecycle of each case
*Maintain accurate records and work across multiple systems
About You*Qualified Solicitor (3 to 5 years PQE) with a background in claimant personal injury
*Strong understanding of the MOJ portal and claims process
*Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and as part of a team
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*A proactive, client-focused approach
