Finance Manager

We are recruiting for a highly capable Finance Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of finance-related projects within a growing organisation. This role offers broad exposure across acquisitions, systems implementations, technical accounting changes, and business-wide process improvements.

Working closely with the Financial Controller and senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in integrating new acquisitions, strengthening financial systems, and supporting continued organisational expansion. This is a hands-on, analytical, and highly collaborative role—ideal for an ambitious finance professional who thrives in project-focused environments.

Key Responsibilities
*Lead finance workstreams for acquisitions, including onboarding, data migration, reporting, cashflow, controls and integration of third-party finance teams
*Support implementation of a new leasing system, validating data, testing logic, and designing accounting processes
*Act as the finance lead on systems implementations: defining requirements, testing, challenging legacy processes, and ensuring accurate data migration
*Maintain strong financial controls
*Provide additional finance support to cover project periods and offer guidance to colleagues
*Deliver ongoing project work as the business continues to grow
About You
*ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
*Strong background in financial & management accounting within a multi-site commercial business
*Experience delivering financial projects, data migration or systems implementations
*Advanced Excel skills and excellent stakeholder-management capability
*Hands-on, proactive and confident in simplifying complex financial concepts
