Interim Accounts Payable Specialist (3 months)

We’re looking for a hands-on AP Specialist to join a fast-paced, creative media company on a 3-month contract. You’ll take ownership of the AP function and keep things running smoothly in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:
*Processing high volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently
*Supplier statement reconciliations
*Handling supplier queries and resolving discrepancies
*Preparing payment runs
*Supporting month-end close (accruals, reporting)
*Maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Requirements:
*Immediately available candidates only
*Minimum 2 years’ Accounts Payable experience
*Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
*Strong attention to detail and good systems knowledge
