This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of analytics across multiple digital media accounts while shaping data-driven strategies that influence real commercial impact. You will work with rich datasets, advanced measurement approaches, and cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive decision-making.

With a strong focus on innovation and analytical excellence, they empower their people to contribute to impactful strategic work. This role is hybrid and based in their London office.


The Role
* Manage analytics activity across several digital media accounts.
* Deliver insight that informs digital strategy, optimises campaigns, and drives measurable client outcomes.
* Perform hands-on data manipulation and custom analysis across online and offline datasets.
* Support accurate representation of performance in Marketing Mix Models by collaborating with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
* Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.
* Guide and upskill colleagues on best practices in interpreting analytical outputs.


Your Skills and Experience
* Strong commercial experience in digital media analytics or client-facing analytical roles.
* Understanding of online advertising methods such as behavioural targeting and remarketing.
* Ability to work with SQL or similar programming languages such as Python or R.
* Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or similar platforms.
* Strong statistical literacy, including familiarity with Randomised Control Trials and model interpretation.
* Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
* A naturally curious approach to problem-solving and a proactive analytical mindset.
