Job Description:
Family Solicitor – 1 Year PQE
Location: Brighouse, West Yorkshire
Practice Area: Family Law (Financial Expertise Required)
A well-established, client-focused law firm in Brighouse is seeking a talented Family Solicitor with 1 year PQE to join their busy and supportive family law team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in family law, particularly in financial matters, and be committed to delivering practical, high-quality advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing a varied caseload of family law matters, with an emphasis on financial disputes (divorce settlements, assets, pensions, maintenance, etc.)
*Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients
*Preparing court documents and representing clients in hearings where required
*Collaborating effectively within a friendly and supportive team environment
Requirements:
*1 year PQE in family law
*Experience handling financial aspects of family law cases
*Strong communication, client care, and case management skills
*Ability to work independently while managing your own caseload
