Pertemps Dudley are currently recruiting for a paint sprayer on behalf of a well established manufacturer in Dudley. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands on individual with machine setting experience, looking to secure a long term role.

Key Responsibilities:*Setting up and operating paint spraying booth equipment
*Preparing and setting up pump systems
*Carrying out wet paint spraying
*Monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met
*Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
*Supporting general production duties as required

Requirements:
*Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
*Confident to lead small team of people
*Wet paint spraying experience is advantageous
*Attention to detail and ability to follow processes
*Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team

Working hours:
*Afternoon shift
*Monday to Friday 2pm – 10pm

Pay:
*£15.00 per hour
*Pay increase available after 13 weeks based on performance
