Job Description:
Are you a skilled finance professional seeking an exciting leadership opportunity within a dynamic organisation? A well-established SME based in Eastleigh is seeking a Finance Manager to cover maternity leave for 15 months.
What will the Finance Manager role involve?
*Leading the financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insights to support business growth
*Overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to influence key decision-making processes
*P&L review and reporting
*Managing and supporting the transactional finance team, fostering high standards and continuous improvement
*Overseeing payroll operations (to pass to an out-sourced company)
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:
*Proven experience in financial management within a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
*Understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements
*Strategic mindset with proactive problem-solving capabilities
*High attention to detail and a track record of process improvements
*Good Excel skills (Pivot tables, macros, v-look ups)
