Job Description:
Senior Operations Coordinator | Fast-Growth F&B Brand | London
The Client
Our client is a fast-growing premium food & beverage brand, recognised for its high-quality products and commitment to excellence. Over a short period, the business has established a strong presence across multiple markets and channels, building a loyal customer base and driving sustained growth.
The company has a collaborative, high-performing team culture, where ownership, initiative, and clear communication are valued. It is an environment that encourages learning and development, providing exposure to the full end-to-end business.
With continued growth and expansion, this is a significant opportunity for a talented professional to step into a pivotal role and progress rapidly within the organisation. The successful candidate will have the chance to shape the demand planning function and contribute directly to the business’s future success.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for forecasting across channels and markets, working with Sales, Marketing and Operations to understand what’s driving demand and how that translates into stock requirements.
It’s a good opportunity for someone who wants to step into a role with more ownership. There’s scope to grow into a broader planning or leadership role over time as the function develops.
Key Duties
*Build and maintain demand forecasts using historical data and business input
*Work with Sales and Marketing to reflect promotions, launches and pipeline in forecasts
*Support the S&OP process with reporting and insights
*Track forecast accuracy and identify gaps or risks
*Analyse sales trends, seasonality and product performance
*Work with operations on stock levels and supply planning
*Help improve current tools, processes and ways of working
*Support scenario planning where needed
What the Client Would Like to See (Essential)
*Experience in demand planning, forecasting or a similar analytical role (ideally FMCG or food & beverage)
*Strong Excel skills
*Comfortable working with data and drawing insights from it
*Able to work across teams and communicate clearly
*Good attention to detail and organisation
*Basic understanding of supply chain concepts
What We Would Like to See (Bonus)
*Experience in a growing business or startup/scaleup environment
*Exposure to S&OP or wider supply chain planning or operations or logistics
*Any experience with production, logistics or inventory
*Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau or similar tools
*Someone who wants to take on more responsibility over time
*Interest in food, drink, consumer, retail, fashion, beauty, health & wellness, cosmetics
Location: London
Start-date: ASAP
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum + bonus
