I’m supporting a growing organisation that is investing heavily in its finance function and looking for a talented Senior Management Accountant to play a key role in their continued success. As Senior Management Accountant, you will take ownership of the monthly management accounts process while acting as a trusted partner to operational and senior leadership teams. You’ll have the autonomy to improve processes, influence decision-making, and contribute to strategic planning.

Responsibilities:
*Producing accurate and timely monthly management accounts
*Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
*Providing insightful analysis to drive performance and profitability
*Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders
*Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance reporting
*Supporting year-end and audit requirements
*Mentoring junior finance team members

Skills & qualifications
*Part or fully qualified status (ACCA/CIMA)
*Strong management accounting experience
*Excellent analytical and communication skills
