Job Description:
Accounts Payable Vacancy Available
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: Up to £30,000
Location: Leeds
Main duties of the job:
*Processing and inputting high volumes of supplier invoices
*Dealing with queries coming in from suppliers
*Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions
*Responsible for checking documents and invoices
*Ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations
*Reconcile supplier statements and resolving discrepancies in a timely matter
*Preparing and executing payment runs
*Using excel and dealing with data analysis
The successful candidate must have worked in a similar role previously.
