We are looking for reception team to join us to support our guest experience on resort.
General Duties & Key Accountabilities
Guest Arrival Experience *Welcome guests warmly on arrival
*Complete check in procedures efficiently
*Issue keys and wristbands
*Explain facilities and schedules
Teamwork & Support *Work collaboratively with all resort teams to provide a brilliant guest experience
Experience & Qualification Requirements
*Excellent customer service skills
*Reliable, punctual and self-motivated.
*Team player with good communication skills.
