Role overview
Working closely with the Director of Anti-Fraud and the fraud operational leadership team, you’ll drive performance across the fraud area, ensuring that fraud identification is optimised by leveraging performance of internal and external suppliers from a data and analytical perspective. You’ll be a key stakeholder in informing the Fraud strategy alongside the Fraud Leadership Team, but will also have responsibility to work hand in hand with Claims analytics and Data Science teams to ensure optimal solutions are targeted in addition to defining prioritisation and sequencing of delivery. We’re looking for an SME in both Fraud and Data/Analytical techniques.
Job details - you’ll need to have demonstrable experience in:
*Accountability for all Fraud Savings Controllership - definitions, actuarial relationships and numbers feeding into business cases, benefits delivery, external benchmarking and tracking Fraud commitments to the business
*Supporting commercial proposals from a performance and savings control perspective, responsible for all commercial or performance metrics and leading the charge to commercial optimise our Anti-Fraud strategy
*Defining and coordinating the development of robust performance and controllership measures across fraud to drive focus and improvement
*Identifying how to optimise internal technology and drive data usage enhancements
*Supporting Commercial and Operations teams in driving optimal supplier performance across both tech and panel relationships
*Responsibility for the coordination and delivery of optimal referrals to Policy and Claims, and Controllership of performance, supporting claims and policy to optimise delivery
Essential skills/experience:
*Significant knowledge of Fraud strategies, including a firm understanding of Claims and Policy fraud mitigation systems, techniques and suppliers
*Strong analytical and performance management skills with the ability to create data environments in order to drive insight, and in turn translate complex data into actionable insights, combined with comprehensive statistical programming capability
*Previous experience in designing, building and delivering internal fraud platforms
*Experience of delivering market leading strategies across Policy and Claims fraud, combined with data management and development of internal solutions from data elements to drive operational performance
