Salary Range £32,000-£35,000pa
ROLE PURPOSE:
The Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process across GBS. This role ensures operational excellence within the Talent Acquisition function by managing recruitment administration, maintaining ATS accuracy, coordinating interviews, and supporting the Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers.
ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and trackers, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
*
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications.
*
Prepare job postings and ensure consistent employer branding across platforms.
*
Support hiring managers with system training, process guidance, and best practice recruitment behaviours.
*
Conduct initial CV screening from entry to mid-level and high-volume roles.
*
Gather candidate feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives.
*
Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment workflows.
*
Support the implementation of new tools, systems, and processes.
*
Maintain documentation, guides, and training materials for hiring managers.
*
Support the wider Talent Acquisition team with employer branding initiatives, such as the maintenance of our careers page and social media channels.
*
Takes on additional duties relevant to the role, as needed to support the business needs.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS and EXPERIENCE:
*
Some experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration (in-house or agency).
*
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
*
Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
*
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
*
Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment systems.
*
Interest in employer branding or talent marketing.
*
A collaborative approach to working with others and committed to an inclusive environment.
*
Adaptable, tenacious, flexible and able to perform under pressure.
