Job Description:
Department: Facilities and Estates
Location: London (Bow Road or Greenford) Please note, this role requires you to be fully onsite 5 days per week and will involve occasional travel to some of our other campuses.

What We Do:
The Health and Safety Manager will ensure GBS complies with all relevant Health and Safety legislation across all campuses. They will create and implement health and safety policies in line with current legislation and ensure these policies are implemented by management and employees. To establish, manage and monitor standards, processes, communications, training, and systems to ensure all responsibilities associated with Health and Safety across all our campuses are adhered to.
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 Per Anum

About you:
*Substantial and proven experience in a health and safety role within complex, multi site environments.
*NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) as a minimum.
*Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation, ISO standards (), and compliance frameworks.
*Experience conducting risk assessments, inspections, and investigations.
*Proven ability to deliver Health and Safety training, and raise awareness effectively.
*Confident communicator, trainer and influencer with strong stakeholder skills.
*Proficient in MS Office and incident management systems.
*Ability to work independently, travel between campuses, and manage time effectively.
