Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Mainstream
Location: E14 0BX
Contract Type: Part-Time (4 Days per Week)

Key Responsibilities:
*Provide in-class support to students across a range of subjects
*Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
*Support students with additional learning needs, both one-to-one and in small groups
*Help maintain a positive and structured learning environment
*Assist with classroom preparation and resource organisation
Requirements:
*Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based experience preferred)
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*A patient, proactive, and adaptable approach
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team
