We’re looking for a Senior Regional Engagement Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. This role offers a salary of £60,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience and is a remote position based out of Scotland.
What you will be doing;
*Work closely with the Regional Director to ensure the successful delivery ofScotlands Strategic Plan, understanding and aligning with the organisation’s broader strategic goals and helping to implement them within the regional context.
*Establishing meaningful partnerships within departments and across various teams within the organisation to ensure that the services provided to local member are effective, complimentary, and aligned with organisational standards.
*Collaborate with local active members in promoting and achieving the organisation’s strategic aims at both local and regional levels.
*Supporting the Regional Director by contributing to the cultivation of long lasting relationships with members and stakeholders across the region. This includes networking, collaborating and delivering events with business leaders, professionals, and other membership organisations and professional bodies in the region to enhance ICAEW’s reputation and influence.
What you will need;
*Confident self starter with strong organisational skills and understanding of how Scotland’s business and professional landscape operates
*Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building abilities
*Comfortable working remotely and attending events as required
*IT literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel and Word
