A growing and ambitious financial planning firm with offices throughout England is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Senior Financial Advisor/Planner ready to take the next step in their career by combining client advice with business development opportunities.

What you’ll be doing as Senior Financial Advisor/Planner:
This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly experienced financial planner who wants to shape the future of a growing firm while maintaining their own client relationships.
You will assist the Operations Manager with new business strategies as well as training existing Advisors on their client facing skills.
Responsibilities:
*Provide expert financial advice to your own clients, maintaining a professional and client-first approach.
*Build and manage professional connections to create new business opportunities for yourself and the wider firm.
*Work closely with the Operations Manager and leadership team to drive strategic growth and operational efficiency.
*Balance leadership and personal production, ensuring you remain self-sustaining and commercially effective.
*Uphold the firm’s reputation for integrity, professionalism, and outstanding client service.
We’re looking for a Senior Financial Advisor/Planner with:
*Proven experience as a successful, self-sufficient financial adviser
*A self-sustaining income stream or the ability to build one rapidly
*Strong leadership, mentoring, and people development skills
*Commercial awareness and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
*Comfortable working independently and across multiple office locations
*Based in England or Wales (south of and including Manchester) with flexibility to travel
