Job Description:
AJ Chambers are pleased to be working with a top legal 100 law firm who are currently recruiting for a Senior Associate- Employment to Join their growing legal team. This is a great opportunity for a talented and driven individual to develop their expertise within the employment law sector.
*Handling Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
*Provide strategic advice on business-critical employment issues, and take a leading role in coordinating complex cross-border projects including large-scale restructurings and multinational compliance initiatives
*All Employment matters day to day
Key requirements:
*Qualified with 6-8 years PQE employment law experience
*A good experience of handling complex employment matters
*Transactional support experience
*Advisory and respondent
*Ability to work on multiple tasks
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits:
*Hybrid module once successful after probation.
*Three days in the office and two days working from home
