About The Role
We are currently recruiting for a General Shop Floor Labourer with a valid FLT Counterbalance licence to support day-to-day operations within a busy manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to move materials safely around the site
*Loading and unloading deliveries
*Supporting production teams with general labouring duties
*Moving stock between departments and workstations
*Assisting with packing, palletising, and preparing goods for dispatch
*Keeping the shop floor clean, tidy, and organised
*Adhering to all health and safety procedures
About You
*Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (in-date)
*Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
*Willingness to carry out a mix of FLT and manual labour duties
*Reliable with a strong work ethic
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Good awareness of health and safety
Desirable
*Previous experience in an engineering or production environment
*Experience with stock control or goods-in/goods-out processes
