Collections Executive Responsibilities:
*Making outbound calls to customers and agreeing solutions for payments owed
*Delivering excellent service while balancing customer needs with company goals
*Handling inbound calls to resolve account queries with professionalism
*Taking secure payments over the phone
*Keeping customer accounts accurate and up to date
Collections Executive Skills and Experience:
*Experience in a customer service or credit control phone-based role
*Has a track record of providing first-class service
*Confident using Microsoft Office and updating systems
*Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone in a clear, professional way
*A strong communicator who builds rapport with ease
