Management Accountant
Overview
Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a growing Private Equity backed multi-site business who are seeking a Management Accountant to take ownership of the company’s management accounts, ensure accurate intercompany processing, and provide financial insight to senior leaders across a multi-site organisation. This is a key position working closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and site managers.
This is a permanent role, offering hybrid working with 2 days per week in our Central London office.
Key Responsibilities
*Prepare, analyse, and present monthly management accounts.
*Complete and reconcile all intercompany transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
*Deliver timely month-end reporting, including journals, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
*Act as a trusted business partner to the SLT and site managers, providing insights, analysis, and financial support.
*Support budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple sites.
*Monitor financial performance, highlighting variances and driving improvements.
*Ensure internal controls and accounting processes are maintained and continuously improved.
*Assist with year-end processes and external audits.
Skills & Experience Required
*Proven experience within a multi-site business
*Finalist or fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
*Strong understanding of intercompany accounting and group structures.
*Excellent business partnering skills with the ability to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
Salary + other information:
*£50,000
*2 days in the office
*Based on Regent Street
