Job Description:
Customer Service Advisor
Location: Stockton On Tees
Salary: £29,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00am – 5:00pm
Type: Permanent


Key Responsibilities
*Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email,
*Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
*Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
*Maintain customer records and update databases
*Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary
*Follow company procedures and maintain compliance standards
*Deliver a positive customer experience at all times


Skills and Qualifications
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong problem-solving abilities
*Good organisational and time management skills
*Ability to remain calm under pressure
*Basic IT skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
*Previous customer service experience (preferred but not always required)
