Mortgage Administrator – Specialist Lending
If you’re looking to take full ownership of case progression while building expertise in specialist lending, this Mortgage Administrator role gives you the opportunity to manage deals from initial enquiry through to underwriting. As a Mortgage Administrator, you’ll play a central role in ensuring cases move efficiently, accurately, and in line with regulatory standards.
You’ll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your input as a Mortgage Administrator directly impacts deal outcomes. The role offers clear scope to deepen your lending knowledge while progressing within a structured and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities
*Manage mortgage cases from initial enquiry through to underwriting, ensuring all documentation and due diligence requirements are met as a Mortgage Administrator
*Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to progress deals within agreed service levels
*Conduct background checks and verification processes in line with internal policies and regulatory standards
*Maintain accurate CRM records and provide clear updates on case progression to all stakeholders
About You
*Experience within bridging finance or a comparable B2B lending environment
*Background as a Mortgage Administrator, case manager, or processing role in financial services
*Proven experience progressing finance cases and handling due diligence requirements
