Job Title: Financial Paraplanner
Location: Horsham (Office-based)
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £45,000
OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Paraplanner to support a team of five advisors in delivering high-quality financial planning and client service.
Key Responsibilities*Prepare financial plans, reports, and suitability letters
*Analyse client data (income, assets, liabilities, investments)
*Create cashflow models and retirement projections (e.g. Voyant)
*Conduct product and fund research
*Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
*Maintain accurate client records and provide admin support
Requirements*Experience in financial planning or wealth management
*Strong knowledge of financial products
*Excellent analytical and communication skills
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Benefits*£45,000 salary + bonus potential

*23–25 days holiday
