Role: Litigator - Serious Injury
Location: Wakefield, West Yorkshire
Contract: Full time, permanent, hybrid

A leading Top 100 UK law firm is looking to appoint a Serious Injury Litigator to join its well-regarded personal injury team. The Role
You will be responsible for running your own caseload of intermediate and multi-track personal injury matters, with a primary focus on road traffic accident (RTA) claims. These cases are typically valued between £25,000 and £125,000.
The role will see you handling files from initial instruction through to resolution, giving you full exposure to the litigation process. You will also work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, opposing parties, legal representatives, and public bodies, ensuring cases are progressed efficiently and professionally.
This position would suit someone looking to strengthen their litigation experience within a reputable firm offering high-quality work and long-term development.
What You’ll Be Doing*Running a caseload of intermediate and multi-track personal injury claims, largely RTA-related
*Managing claims from inception through to settlement or final hearing
*Communicating effectively with clients, defendants, solicitors, and third parties
*Maintaining high standards of client care and file management
*Contributing to the wider success and performance of the team
