An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to join a leading global advisory firm within their Real Estate division. Supporting a fast-paced, high-performing team, including stakeholders up to Managing Director level. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, professional environment and is keen to build on their experience and grow their career within a high performing company with a fantastic culture. You will act as a key support to the team, ensuring seamless day to day operations while managing competing priorities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
*Complex diary and inbox management for multiple senior stakeholders, including MD level
*Coordinating meetings, client engagements and international travel arrangements
*Preparing reports and documentation as required
*Acting as a gatekeeper and point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
*Supporting team projects and wider administrative requirements
*Processing expenses for the team
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
*Previous Team administration experience within a financial or professional services
*Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
*Confident, professional communicator with a calm and adaptable approach
*Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
