We are working with a company based in Soham who are looking for a ERP Analyst to join their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position, 5 days onsite.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Providing first, second and third line support on the ERP systems
*Providing training to ensure all employees can use the system correctly
*Acting as an escalation point for colleagues
*Taking responsibility for the ERP system
*Ensuring all documentation is up to date
*Providing out of hours support when needed
*Working closely with the ERP Manager
The successful candidate will have:
*Experience in a similar role
*Knowledge of Dynamics Nav
*Experience with Office 365
*Knowledge of Microsoft SQL database structures
*Experience of Citrix environments
*Ability to work as part of a team
*A driving license with access to a car
