Job Title: SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR / LISTER – Residential Estate Agency

Salary: OTE £45,000 per annum

Experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister required in Canterbury to generate valuations, win instructions, and manage sales through to completion while delivering excellent service and achieving strong results for clients.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister to join a busy residential estate agency in Canterbury.
This role is ideal for a confident property professional who can generate market appraisals, win new instructions, and support the sales process from initial instruction through to completion. You will play a key role in building the branch’s market share and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
*Carrying out market appraisals and valuing residential properties
*Winning instructions and securing new property listings
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
*Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
*Progressing sales through to completion
*Conducting property viewings where required
*Generating new business through prospecting and local networking
*Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems
*Supporting the branch in achieving sales targets and growth
What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):
*Proven experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator or Lister
*Strong track record of valuing properties and winning instructions
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Confident, professional, and well-presented
*Target-focused with a proactive approach
*Strong knowledge of the residential property market
*Ability to build lasting client relationships
*Good organisational and time management skills
*Local knowledge of Canterbury and surrounding areas advantageous
*Full UK driving licence desirable
