Job Description:
Operations & Business Support Executive
Liverpool Street, London (Hybrid - minimum 3 days in office)
£32-34,000 + excellent benefits
Our client is a fast-growing medical economics research firm based in stylish, modern offices near Liverpool Street. As the business continues to expand, they are seeking a proactive and organised Operations & Business Support Executive to join their team in a newly created, high-visibility role.
Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the business across multiple functions. This is a varied and dynamic position offering exposure to a wide range of projects and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Supporting client project administration and coordination
*Managing and updating documentation using SharePoint and Excel
*Coordinating travel and logistics for conferences and events
*Assisting with IT setup, including laptops for new starters
*Maintaining and updating company LinkedIn content
*Supporting financial administration, including expenses and invoicing
About you:
*Educated to degree level
*Minimum of 1 year’s administrative experience, ideally within a client-facing or professional services environment
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Confident using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
*A proactive team player with excellent communication skills
*An interest in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector would be advantageous
