Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing debt collection via telephone and email, maintaining accurate records, setting up payment plans where required, and reconciling accounts. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively chasing outstanding payments and working collaboratively with colleagues.
Skills required
* A solid background in Credit Control, with a strong understanding of debt recovery processes as well as consumer debt chasing, enabling you to hit the ground running
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and work closely with the wider finance team
* Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage your own workload and portfolio efficiently
