Customer Service Advisor - Solihull (Site-Based)Permanent: Full Time
Salary: £25,992 - £28,624
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy and fast paced contact centre based in Solihull.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys speaking to people and delivering a high quality service. You’ll be handling a mix of inbound and outbound enquiries, supporting customers across a range of housing related queries, and aiming to resolve issues at first point of contact.
The role:
*Managing a high volume of calls, emails, and customer enquiries
*Making outbound calls to gather and update customer information
*Supporting customers with sensitive situations, including vulnerabilities
*Updating internal systems accurately and efficiently
*Delivering excellent service while working to targets
What we’re looking for:
*Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy workload
*Strong IT skills and attention to detail
*A calm, empathetic, and professional approach
