Senior Marketing Executive | Financial Services | West Malling
If you’re a marketer looking to build your skills and take the next step towards a Marketing Manager role, this could be a great fit.
We’re looking for a proactive and creative Senior Marketing Executive. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to deliver multi-channel campaigns that build the brand, drive inbound leads, and support the business as it continues to grow.
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on, all-round marketer who enjoys content, campaigns, and digital execution and wants to make a real impact.
What you’ll be doing…The Senior Marketing Executive role is broad, you’ll be involved in a variety of work and gain a breadth of experience. Day to day you’ll be…
*Creating engaging content across blogs, website, email, and social
*Planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns, including email journeys, landing pages, and social assets
*Improving website performance through SEO and high-converting landing pages
*Overseeing paid activity (PPC, display, paid social) and working with external partners
*Planning and running webinars, from promotion to post-event content
*Building and optimising email journeys, segmentation, and nurture campaigns
What you’ll bring…You’ll be working in house or brand side, in a hands on, digital first role. Keen to develop the skills you already have and to learn new things. You’ll bring
*Around 3+ years’ experience in a hands-on marketing role
*Strong writing and communication skills, with a flair for content
*Good understanding of on-page SEO, landing pages, and email marketing
*Highly organised, able to juggle multiple projects at once
*A proactive, get-stuck-in attitude
*A creative, solutions-focused mindset
*Some exposure to PPC and paid social is a bonus
*Experience in financial services would be great, but not essential
