Job Description:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well established high street firm who are looking to add a Fee Earner to their Family Law team. You will be joining a team with a wealth of experience and a company who has multiple offices around Merseyside and Cheshire.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in Family Law. You will also be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or an experienced Paralegal. With this, you will need to have strong knowledge in Family Law, including procedures and legislation.
In this role, you will be managing your own caseload of Family matters, whilst also providing legal advice and support for clients. This department in particular deals with divorce and finances, domestic abuse matters and public and private children matters. You will also be drafting legal documents and correspondence, as well as maintaining accurate case records and compliance with regulatory standards.
You will be paid a generous salary alongside having opportunities for hybrid working and career development.
