Secondary School Teaching Assistant - Wirral
Are you passionate about supporting young people in their education? We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work within secondary schools across the Wirral. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in students’ lives while gaining valuable classroom experience.
The Role:
*Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
*Working with students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
*Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support
*Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
*Supporting students with additional learning needs where required
The Ideal Candidate:
*Previous experience working with secondary-aged students (preferred but not essential)
*A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting learning
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*A genuine passion for education and student development
