We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs in schools across the Skelmersdale area. About the RoleAs a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to access learning and develop essential life skills in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities*Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND

*Support students with complex needs within the classroom

*Assist with personal care where required

*Promote independence, engagement, and positive behaviour

*Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to enhance learning outcomes

Role Details*Monday to Friday

*8:30am - 3:30pm

*Term time only

*£106 per day

What We’re Looking For*Experience in care, support work, or a similar hands-on role

*Confidence supporting individuals with additional or complex needs

*Comfortable providing personal care
