Job Description:
We are working with a dynamic and well-capitalised property investor with over 25 years’ experience across residential, industrial and commercial assets. With a track record of transactions exceeding £750 million, the business combines legal, financial and property expertise in-house to deliver fast, efficient and commercially driven outcomes.
We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Lawyer to join the in-house legal team. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to manage a broad mix of residential and commercial property matters within a fast-paced and professional environment.
Key responsibilities:
*Managing end-to-end property transactions (residential and commercial)
*Conducting title checks, searches, and due diligence
*Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and related documentation
*Handling post-completion matters, including registrations and SDLT
*Maintaining accurate records and ensuring regulatory compliance
*Supporting senior stakeholders across the property function
Requirements:
*UK qualified lawyer with 3+ years PQE in conveyancing/property law
*Strong experience managing a high-volume caseload
*Excellent drafting and communication skills
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
*Must be within commutable distance to SW11
