Technical Administrator*Location: Tring, Hertfordshire

We’re working with a growing, client-focused wealth management firm that’s expanding its team and looking for a Technical Administrator to support advisers and paraplanners. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in delivering excellent client service and supporting day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Be Doing*Preparing suitability reports, illustrations, and other technical documentation for advisers
*Processing new business and following up with providers
*Conducting compliance and regulatory checks to meet FCA standards
*Maintaining accurate client records in CRM and advisory systems
*Supporting advisers and paraplanners with research and data collation
*Liaising with providers, clients, and internal teams to resolve queries efficiently
*Assisting with client reviews and account maintenance
*Contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For*Previous experience in a technical or paraplanning support role within financial services or wealth management
*Knowledge of pensions, investments, protection products, and financial services processes
*Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
*Confident written and verbal communication skills
*Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work independently or as part of a team
