We’re working with a growing and well-regarded financial planning firm in London that’s looking to bring in an experienced Wealth Administrator to support their advisers and investment team.
This is a great opportunity to join a business that’s expanding, with plenty of exposure across investments and client work, and a clear path to progress over time.
The RoleYou’ll play a key part in supporting advisers and ensuring clients receive a smooth, well-managed service throughout their journey.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
*Processing new business across investments, pensions, and client accounts
*Preparing valuations, reports, and client review documentation
*Supporting client onboarding, including KYC and AML checks
*Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records on internal systems
*Liaising with providers, advisers, and internal teams
*Managing client queries and providing a high level of service
What They’re Looking For*Previous experience in a wealth administrative role (essential)
*CeMAP Qualification desirable
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
*Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
*Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
*Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
What’s On Offer*£32,000 – £42,000 depending on experience
