The Role and Deliverables
*Writing clear, engaging CRM copy across email and other direct channels.
*Adapting tone of voice to suit different audiences, journeys and lifecycle stages.
*Working from briefs and CRM strategies to deliver campaign-ready copy.
*Collaborating with strategists, designers and account teams within the agency.
*Ensuring all copy aligns with regulatory and compliance requirements.
Your Skills & Experience
*Strong experience as a CRM copywriter, ideally within a regulated environment.
*Confidence writing for regulated or sensitive categories.
*Ability to translate strategic briefs into concise, effective CRM messaging.
*Excellent attention to detail and comfort working within brand and compliance guidelines.
*Strong collaboration skills and the ability to manage feedback and revisions efficiently.
