Serious Injury Solicitor | 0-4 PQE | Manchester | Hybrid Working
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading national law firm with a strong regional presence, known for its supportive culture, high-quality work, and commitment to client care.
You will join a highly regarded serious injury team in Manchester working on a varied and often complex caseload involving life-changing injuries such as brain and spinal cord injuries, amputations, and other catastrophic claims.
As a Serious Injury Solicitor, you will:
* Manage your own caseload of serious injury matters.
* Support senior lawyers with complex high-value claims.
* Provide clear, practical, and empathetic legal advice to clients.
* Conduct regular case reviews to maintain high standards.
* Contribute to team initiatives and business development activity.
What we are looking for:
* 0–4 years’ PQE, ideally with experience in Serious Injury or Personal Injury.
* Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach.
* Commercial awareness and an interest in business development.
* Empathetic, driven, and committed to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
* Keen to be part of a collaborative and supportive office environment.
