Mortgage Administrator – Remote (Bath Office Quarterly) | Up to £28,000 + Bonus*Location: Remote (Must be in commutable distance to their Bath Office)

We’re working with a well-established, award-winning mortgage brokerage with a strong reputation for client service and long-term relationships. Due to continued growth, they’re now looking to bring in an experienced Mortgage Administrator to support their advisers.

The RoleYou’ll be responsible for handling mortgage and protection cases from application through to completion, making sure everything runs smoothly for both clients and advisers.
Day-to-day includes:
*Managing mortgage & protection cases from start to finish
*Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, and advisers
*Chasing updates and keeping all parties informed
*Uploading documents to lender portals and ensuring compliance
*Keeping systems and pipelines up to date
*Supporting advisers with the overall client journey
*Identifying opportunities to refer clients for additional services (wills/wealth)
What They’re Looking For*Minimum 1 year’s mortgage administration experience (required)
*Experience within protection administration
*Confident managing multiple cases at different stages
*Strong organisation and attention to detail
*Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workload
*Experience in compliance checks
*Use of Midas Pro is desirable
What’s On Offer*£26,000 – £28,000 basic (depending on experience)
