SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER (MACONOMY)LONDON/HYBRID
UP TO £100,000This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of a newly launched global ERP ecosystem at a pivotal stage in its development. You will shape the roadmap, drive process improvements, and act as the key link between finance, operations, and technology teams across multiple regions.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The Senior Product Manager will:
* Own the ERP product roadmap and prioritise enhancements based on business value and technical feasibility.
* Partner closely with Finance and other cross-functional stakeholders to shape requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
* Identify process inefficiencies and lead automation and optimisation across workflows.
* Drive the global rollout of the ERP platform into new regions.
* Serve as the subject-matter expert for Maconomy, including configuration, administration, and integrations.
* Oversee system performance, vendor relationships, and technical escalations.
* Provide second-line support, ensuring platform stability, compliance, and best-practice documentation.YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* Strong commercial experience working with Maconomy in a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst capacity.
* Hands-on expertise in Maconomy configuration and administration, including WSC and layouts.
* Experience supporting ERP implementations or regional rollouts.
* A strong understanding of finance back-office processes.
* Proven ability to manage backlogs, roadmaps, and product delivery.
* The confidence to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.APPLY BELOW!
